MpegUK is a family run production team owned by videographer, guitarist and web designer Mike de Jager. A draughtsman by trade, an international musician by desire, a web designer and a passionate videographer - Mike learnt the basics of TV Arts at Natal Technikon in South Africa.
After seven years of on the job experience in the UK , he is now a highly skilled HD content producer for one of the world's leading Internet TV Networks. |

| Guitarist TV was founded by Mike in June 2001.
When the technology for internet TV was made available, Mike launched the channel in June 2006 with his close friend Peter Caldwell.
Joe Satriani became the first guitarist to perform on the world's first premier guitarist broadband TV channel.
Joe was interviewed by Pete before his gig at the Symphony Hall in Birmingham, England on 19th June, 2006 - officially launching the channel on it's maiden voyage. |
